Business-to-Business (BTB) Customer Service Senior Associate Responsibilities:
1. Support wholesale and retail customers with status of purchase
orders, backorders and cut items, order issues, product information,
shipping issues, etc. 2. Support brokers and sales team with reports, completing customer
new product forms, spec sheets, and reviewing and communication
new customer information. 3. Manage trade show booth and complete paperwork for trade shows 4. Use customer feedback to identify better ways to serve customers.
Work with other departments to implement changes. 5. Create and run sales and customer service reports for internal

This position is opening due the retirement of the current General Manager.
Need a strong leader who is not afraid to tackle problems head on promptly
and not wait for them to solve themselves (they never do). Direct reports
are Plant Manager, Controller, Production Mgr., Human Resources Mgr.,
Materials Mgr., Tooling Mgr., Program Mgr. and Six Sigma Black Belt.
Role will include mentoring and guiding these groups to World Class
Performances. Responsible for most RFQ bidding. Oversees plant product
quality and production levels. Establish goals and action plans to achieve
continuous improvement toward the plant business standards. Trained in
Continuous Improvement, SPC, MRP, QS9000 and Business Operating
Systems and a formalized problem solving methodology. Minimum 5 years
in Automotive Mfg. and an Industrial or Engineering degree preferred.
Primary Mfg. processes used are metal fabrication, assembly processes
(including automation and robotics), tooling, benchmarking, costs and
timing issues of mfg. Solid and financially healthy parent organization.

the single-dose non-prescription drug category in 1974,
marketing brand name products to convenience stores.
Currently, client is responsible for over 80% of the total single-
dose non-prescription drug sales in the nation. In addition to
drug items, the company markets many HBC and automotive
products for convenience stores. Over the last few years the
company has acquired and grown a number of unique consumer
brands, which include (#1 vaginal moisturizer), (analgesic/sleep
aid), and (camphor/menthol/eucalyptus). These products are
marketed to consumers and sold through most U.S. Food, Drug,
and Mass outlets including Wal-Mart. In February 2003, the
company will introduce a revolutionary wart remover product.
In addition, the company will acquire an established, well-
recognized cold/allergy/sinus brand. Projected advertising
expenditures for 2003 are $3.3 million. Contract with an outside
firm to handle advertising development and media buying.
Sales in 2002 were in excess of $40 million.
The marketing department includes a Director of Marketing,
Assistant Product Manager, and Creative Manager.
The Product Manager will report to the Director of Marketing.
Salary range is $60k to $65k.
